This traditional Indian drink made with fresh raw mangoes is not only tasty but also high in essential nutrients that can help you beat the heat.

- 2 raw mangoes
- fresh mint leaves
- 1 lemon slice for garnishing
- 2 cups water
- 1 tsp roasted cumin powder
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp black salt
Rinse the raw mangoes in running water.
Peel the mangoes and place them in a pressure cooker and add 2 cups drinking water.
On medium heat, pressure cook for 4-5 whistles.
Remove the cover once the pressure has subsided on its own. Once mix is cool, remove the seeds from boiled mangoes and mash the pulp gently.
Pour the mixture in a container/bowl. Let the mixture cool down for sometimes.
To the Panna, add black salt, sugar and cumin powder. Mix thoroughly.
Pour it into glasses and add sliced lemon and mint leaves for garnishing.
Now add ice cubes and serve chilled.
