Juicing recipes with pomegranate

Quite possibly one of the most invigorating drinks, this sweet and tart juice is sublimely fulfilling and refreshing. It certainly has health benefits. Pomegranate juice is said to support and boost digestive health.

- 2 piece pomegranate
- 1 piece lemon optional
- ¼ tsp sea / black salt optional
- ½ tsp sugar optional
Wash 2 medium to large pomegranate and slice off the top to remove the crown (flower shaped portion on top).
Cut each pomegranate in 2 parts / sections.
Place the pomegranate to squeeze and make sure there is a glass underneath.
Press down the hand lever to apply maximum pressure on pomegranate. This manual hand pressing juicer has immense crushing / squashing power and thus it squeezes the pomegranate in the very first go. All parts that touch the fruit is removable and washable. No more juices squirting all over your hand and counter top, it's that easy.
There is nothing to strain as such, so pour juice into a glass to serve. 2 medium to large pomegranates ought to yield around 1 glass of juice. Extra squeeze can be refrigerated in a container for 1 to 2 days. I although will recommend to drink this delightful juice immediately.
Optionally, can also add pinch of sugar / salt while serving.
