Watermelon Juice: Refreshing drink

When it’s scorching hot outside, this hydrating juice is the best way to cool off. Not only is it delicious and refreshing, but it also offers a range of health benefits.

Ingredients
  

  • 1-2 cup watermelon cubes
  • chaat masala
  • 1-2 tsp Lemon juice
  • pinch of sugar optional
  • 4-5 ice cubes
  • sea salt / black salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Pick a ripe watermelon
  • Cut the watermelon into chunks / cubes. Add cubes to blender.
  • Add 8–10 fresh mint leaves, 1-2 teaspoons of lemon juice, and a pinch of optional sugar to it.
  • Blend the watermelon chunks until smooth.
  • Strain the juice to remove any pulp waste or seeds.
  • Pour the watermelon juice in a glass/cup/tumbler. Now sprinkle chaat masala on top of it and add little salt to taste.
  • Add ice cubes before serving.
  • Feel free to garnish the juice with fresh mint leaves and a slice of watermelon.
