Watermelon Juice: Refreshing drink

When it’s scorching hot outside, this hydrating juice is the best way to cool off. Not only is it delicious and refreshing, but it also offers a range of health benefits.

- 1-2 cup watermelon cubes
- chaat masala
- 1-2 tsp Lemon juice
- pinch of sugar optional
- 4-5 ice cubes
- sea salt / black salt to taste
Pick a ripe watermelon
Cut the watermelon into chunks / cubes. Add cubes to blender.
Add 8–10 fresh mint leaves, 1-2 teaspoons of lemon juice, and a pinch of optional sugar to it.
Blend the watermelon chunks until smooth.
Strain the juice to remove any pulp waste or seeds.
Pour the watermelon juice in a glass/cup/tumbler. Now sprinkle chaat masala on top of it and add little salt to taste.
Add ice cubes before serving.
Feel free to garnish the juice with fresh mint leaves and a slice of watermelon.
